NYC coprative staff management was v.good Awesome food.. service is too good day n night any tym... rooms are beautiful with huge space Overall whenever we plan for Srinagar it's our ist preference untill he not packed 😄

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was spacious ,clean and comfortable. The shower was very good. The hotel also serves lovely food. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here.

Food is very good here. Staff is pleasant, and were very kind to us. We had to leave early, so they packed our breakfast. Room was big.

Both food and location are very good. Dining room staff were very courteous, caring and helpful. I appreciate the attitude of staff in the restaurant as well as at the reception. They were very cordial and helpful. Although the the hotel was fully engaged with wedding and engagement receptions and Diwali parties, they made sure that the resident guests were not inconvenienced.
